Right guys, we've got a few changes coming up, which will hopefully let more of us climb in the centre! Read below about the:

Cancelation System You can now cancel your sessions online or via the RGPro Connect App without having to contact us (and avoid a no show fee, see below). To do so, set up a profile when you book online then you can go in and manage your bookings and get refunds etc at the click of a button. Make sure you cancel within the notice period before the session.

No Show Fee
We have had a lot of trouble with members booking up slots and then not turning up which meant that people couldn't book, even though there was space to climb.
From December onwards if you book but don't show up or cancel your session in time we will be charging a no-show fee. So make sure you can cancel it via the RGP app!
What is the fee?
PAYG - you will have already paid so we just won't give you a refund.
Punch Card - we will remove the punch that you would have used.
Members - a £5 no-show fee added to your next bill.
We will email you before making any changes to your account and if we make a mistake we will be sure to rectify it straight away. It's not that we want your money for nothing, we just want you all to be able to come climbing!
We had some members booking up a whole day, so that they could turn up whenever they liked, which effectively took out a slot for someone else on each session.
We are afraid that you can now only book one slot per centre per day (so you could go to Flashpoint in the morning and Redpoint in the afternoon).
We hope that these changes will mean that we have the opportunity to serve as many people as possible over the winter.
